Return or Exchange Policy
We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and with its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice.
Please contact us at service@parfaite.com.tw with photos of the item to apply for return or exchange. If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return id number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized special made items are not returnable or exchangeable
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchange on sale items.
Shipping costs
Return or exchange shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Refunds Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return or exchange, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All shipping charges, international custom duty and taxes, and insurance coverage are non-refundable and the responsibility of the buyer.
Restocking Fees
A max. of 20% re-stocking fee might be charged to cover the restocking costs such as inspection, admin and etc. costs.
